The Career Cycle is an online course that has proven to help students enter the workforce, perform well, and get promoted to leadership. Many of the lessons inside of The Career Cycle have been taken from the Amazon Best Selling Book, “This Is Who We Hire - Employers reveal how to get a job, succeed in it and get promoted”, written by Alex Groenendyk. When we designed The Career Cycle, we knew that every university and college helps its students in different ways, that is why we made sure to make all quizzes, action assignments, and learning objectives easily customizable to meet faculty priorities.
