Seven Birches Winery, established in 2010, is crafting wines from classic European, vitis vinifera grapes, locally grown hybrid grape varietals, and other fruits into wines of distinction. With 2 tasting rooms, and private event space, Seven Birches hosts visitors daily from all over the world trying and enjoying special wines and picnic foods. The winery tasting rooms also sell locally made food and gifts to its thousands of annual visitors.
