Les Cowie and his team at Les Cowie Consulting, LLC are committed to providing the tools for learning developers to create effective technical training programs using the latest learning technologies, especially virtual reality. Les is also the president and CEO of Promising People Enterprises, LLC. The Promising People Program changes peoples’ lives through all its community-based Reentry Program elements. It will provide skills training using the latest technologies proven in practice in the U. S. Military and will guarantee jobs, especially for previously incarcerated - many of whom are limited because of inadequate education, physical limitations, and spiritual emptiness. This program also focusses on the families and communities the reentry people must support. It is primarily a faith-based mission that also funds growth opportunities for deserving people.
