Geima has been established in 1981 with the aim to manage citrus orchards. The company has pioneered the organic farming, joining such a market since 1992. The main orchard, cultivated with lemon Interdonato, lemon Femminello, orange Navel and orange Tarocco, has an extension of about 15 Ha. The packhouse is equipped with up to date pre-packing facilities and software tools which guarantee full traceability and high quality standards. The company’s mission is to provide its customers with high quality, genuine and certified products, guaranteeing seasonal continuity. More than 30 years of experience, oriented to the continuous improvement of production and processes have allowed Geima to gain segments of the European market. Moreover, since 2008, Geima started a cooperation with certified producers of fruit and vegetables. Geima is actually a leading company in the production and distribution of organic citrus all over Europe thanks to its high quality standards and to the accurate control of production, packaging and trading activities.
