We focus on socio-economic development to foster inclusive economic growth through SMEs, the private sector, and partnership development. We offer business development services for businesses and non-profit organizations, providing innovative solutions for business management, development management, and technological innovations. We offer support on organizational development where we carry out institutional and capacity assessments and development and work on specialized technical areas of interest including institutional strengthening, environmental sustainability, and ICTs development and integration. We offer skills development to smallholder farmers on sustainable agriculture and rural livelihoods (climate-smart and conservation agriculture), focusing on improving yields, increasing productivity, developing market systems, and the use of improved and quality seeds. We conduct training on environmental health and safety (EH&S), and conduct environmental impact assessments (EIA) and evaluations. We carry out baseline surveys, feasibility studies, market surveys, and needs assessments for program development. We conduct mid-term and final evaluations, develop monitoring, evaluation, and learning systems (MEAL) for projects and programs, and facilitate training on market access through linkages with the private sector. We also conduct agricultural value chain analysis and development. Other services include business and strategic plan development, development of mitigation and adaptation strategies/coping mechanisms for climate change effects, and development and management of micro, small and medium enterprises, just to mention a few. The sectors we work on include agriculture, energy, production, processing and manufacturing; health, education, natural resources, and environmental protection while sub-sectors include food security, nutrition, malaria, agro-processing, and agri-business.
