Black Mountain Consulting LLC is a small, Oregon-based firm providing environmental consulting and engineering support services across the Pacific Northwest. Black Mountain was started by people who learned long ago that success comes from understanding and respecting our clients' needs and was therefore founded on the premise that if we treat our employees with compassion and respect, they will provide that same consideration to our clients.
