Overview Tennessee Temple University, founded in 1946, has a passion for challenging students academically and encouraging them to grow in their faith. Accreditation Tennessee Temple University is a member of the Transnational Association of Christian Colleges and Schools (TRACS). TRACS is recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and the Council of Higher Education Accreditation. Financial Aid Temple's tuition is a highly competitive value for a quality Christian education. Academics Temple offers 11 majors and 20 minors. Programs include biblical studies, business administration, sign language interpreting, education, and psychology.
