With over ten years’ experience, NIROX’s core business is to design, produce and supply OPTOELECTRONIC MEASURING SENSORS and SYSTEMS. Our sensors can measure different materials in production line and in QA/QC laboratory; they work without touching the measured object and can be integrated in complex inspecting systems. We produce turn-key measurement and control systems for GLASS, PLASTIC and METAL INDUSTRIES. As for GLASS INDUSTRY, we produce SENSORS for wall-thickness and layer analysis, including coating, SENSORS for glass slimming for electronics, MEASUREMENT SYSTEMS for glass tubes, vials, ampoules and capillaries. With regard to PLASTIC world, NIROX'S SENSORS can measure wall-thickness and different layers, inclusing coating; we also produce MEASUREMENT SYSTEMS for tubes and tubulars and plastic profiles. As for METAL, we offer dimensional control, diameter and inner profile measurements and inspection of surface flaws. NIROX also provides TAILOR-MADE SYSTEMS according to specific requirements of customers from VARIOUS MANUFACTURING SECTORS.
