The Swedish Federation of Young Scientists is an organisation with a long history, dating back to the beginning of this century. Everything in the organisation is done and run by young people, even the board itself consists of young and enthusiastic members of the federation. It is a politically and religiously independent organisation, self-governed and nation-wide. The federation's goal is to stimulate interest in science and technology in the society as a whole with emphasis upon youth.
