Step 3: Scope of Resolution Work We only take your case if we feel we can add value to your case or remove a burden from you. After we have created a scope of work with fees, we will set up another call with you to discuss the best resolution options based on the information gathered up until this point. Should we both agree to move forward with our relationship, we will swiftly and diligently work to resolve your case above and beyond your expectations.
