Appraisals strongly support staff's continual professional development.' OFSTED I have over 10 years experience teaching & leading in both the Early Years & Primary age range. During this time I have taught Nursery, Reception & Year 1 which has given me a unique overview of the learning journey children experience from their first introductions to a setting, learning through play and facilitating transition into Key Stage 1. I enjoy supporting Early Years settings with bespoke training across Coventry and its surrounding areas. As well as teaching and training I also run a YouTube channel where I share ideas and inspiration for educators. There are currently over 40 free videos with tips, tours of Outstanding settings and collaborations with leading authors and specialists of Early Education.
