At any one time I work with a limited number of elite individuals for exclusive transformation coaching on a short and longer term basis, so that I can give my full attention and energy exclusively to them and be available when they need me. Drawing on psychology, neuroscience, agility, pure coaching and mindfulness as well as other methodologies I help create safe, inspiring and transformative environments to help my clients maximise their potential. I help people find balance and inspire them to create fun filled, purpose driven, fulfilling lives. I am the founder of T.A.L.A. Academy a training academy where we live and breath the principles of transformation, offering online transformation and discovery, mindfulness and health and esoteric courses as well as our 360 coach training. I also have a team that works with businesses to help their employees transform the way they work and live.
