PURETEQ – THE SCRUBBER MAKER PureteQ is an engineering company that specializes in the development, manufacturing, installation, startup and commissioning of patented high-tech maritime Exhaust Gas Cleaning systems - scrubbers on ships. PureteQ designs built-to-fit maritime scrubber systems for open-loop, hybrid-loop and closed-loop operation. PureteQ has a worldwide presence, and our marine engineers are dispatched from our headquarters in Denmark, as well as from our branch offices in Germany and Japan. PureteQ Japan KK meets the increasing demand for scrubbers and after-sales services on Asian markets. Most PureteQ employees have a maritime background and experience, as chiefs, engineers or the equivalent. Together we form a team to guide shipowners through the complex process of designing, installing and commissioning exhaust gas cleaning systems. PureteQ has implemented a comprehensive on-the-job-training programme to maximize the expertise of each employee in his/her respective field. PureteQ supports our customers throughout the whole process – from design to finished sea trial. We aim to provide lifelong assistance for the operation and maintenance of scrubber systems and associated equipment. PureServ is our certified service organization. Dedicated and certified marine engineers and naval architects are at the core of our Service Team. They have received extensive training to assist shipowners in safeguarding continuous operation, reliability, and MARPOL compliance of their scrubber systems. This entails expert support and guidance for all Scrubber Systems on-site or via the safe PureteQ remote system, depending on the ship’s conditions and the client’s requirements.
