The Portuguese National Cybersecurity Centre is committed in assuring that Portuguese citizens and organizations are granted a free, reliable and secure condition of cyberspace, by leveraging national cybersecurity as well as national and international cooperation. National Cybersecurity Centre also aims the promotion of initiatives for open discussion about subjects concerning security and citizenship, related to cyberspace and cybersecurity.
