Liama Aesha, the founder of Inspire Yoga in Dee Why, has over 10 years yoga teaching experience. She is a fully qualified Yoga Therapist which allows us to offer specific programs to help manage many issues of our modern age. Including: recovery from injury autoimmune disease depression anxiety PTSD trauma recovery from cancer treatment stress and other issues. Our focus is on small group classes which vary from Gentle, Therapeutic (working with specific issues), Hatha and stronger Flow classes. We also run Restorative and Yin classes to help you unwind after your week. We are committed to providing a haven where people can acquire tools to live more balanced and harmonious lives. Our goal is to strengthen your body and calm your mind.
