The GallantFew Ranger program connects with Rangers early in their careers to promote continued service to better our Army. We educate and empower Rangers to seek professional and personal development opportunities benefiting their service and eventual transition and reintegration into their local communities. We believe one-on-one mentorship is foundational to an optimal transition and reintegration. GallantFew Rangers is designed to increase participation in existing Department of Defense transition programs and Veteran Affairs health, benefit, and disability programs. GallantFew Rangers supports the 75th Ranger Regiment Phalanx and Ranger for Life programs.
