Located in the Metro Detroit area (main office), and Jacksonville, FL, Heart and Mind Counseling specializes in therapy for patients and families dealing with congenital heart issues, chronic disease, anxiety, depression, and domestic/relationship issues. We also work with those suffering with grief from the loss of a loved one. Heart and Mind Counseling will focus on psychotherapy for our clients.
