These solutions are already field proven and installed in municipal electric and water unitalities. Unlike back room traditional applications, users can view the system data securely anywhere. The data can be pushed down to Excel, SQL Server or other desktop applications via secure API’s for further analysis or sent to AI platforms such as Azure ML to be used for predictive maintenance or anomaly detection. The other area of our work is to play the role of IIoT System Integrator for our clients. We understand not all the requirement can be addressed with prefabricated solutions. This means we still need to provide a good amount of development or customization so that the clients can fully take advantage of the available tools and platforms in the industry.
