Compassionate Leaders fosters the emergence of a new kind of leadership grounded in mindfulness meditation and based on compassionate action. We offer a suite of emotional intelligence trainings for youth and adults to collectively transform work and school environments into hubs of compassion. Our youth programs equip students with the wise-kit: mindfulness, empathic communication, and teamwork skills. Through a collaborative design thinking process, students use their wise-kit to create a compassionate action project within their school. Adult programs explore science- based mental training in the form of mindfulness and empathy building techniques. Our innovative teaching approach establishes positive habit loops creating lasting behavior change - resulting in increased productivity and greater emotional intelligence.
