Risteriet Coffee is a micro-roaster based in Copenhagen. A small firm with the classic big ambitions! - Our goal is, unlike the broad Danish coffee market, to only sell high quality and absolutely fresh roasted coffee. There is a difference between coffee. We believe that fresh roasted coffee beans makes a world of difference in a coffee cup. It is certainly the experience we have with resh roasted beans of the highest quality. An experience we would like to pass on. Therefore we are constantly in search of the best, most exciting, beans on the market. Our relatively small size means that we buy in quantities that keeps even the raw beans completely fresh. We roast coffee on a daily basis and upon order - both in private and for business - and therefore the beans will be as fresh roasted as it can be. Risteriet Coffee opened in 2002. First, based in a garage owned by Per the Janitor in Sorgenfri. Since we moved into downtown Copenhagen - Here, we opened a 3-in-1 shop with a tasting room and micro roastry and coffee equipment. A pure Kinder eggs for those with a love of good coffee. Today we have one coffeshop in Copenhagen. All our beans are roasted in our small micro roastery in industrial Rødovre where we also have our espressomachine showroom, cupping/tasting room, training facility, warehouse, HQ, .......
