Assured Safety Management LLC, (ASM) is a full-service occupational safety, health and environmental services consulting firm. ASM provides OSHA subject matter and certification training; program review and development; accident investigation; worksite audits and OSHA related compliance assistance. These services include, but are not limited to: OSHA cooperative program assistance, such as the Voluntary Protection Program (VPP) application process, Tree Care Industry compliance, and inspection abatement assistance.Our staff is comprised of former Federal OSHA and private sector safety and health professionals, who have extensive experience instructing; consulting; reviewing and enforcing each of the services that we provide. ASM provides a balanced perspective of both the application and regulation of safety and health issues in the Construction, General, and Maritime Industries. ASM was founded by Martin Davis, an occupational health and safety professional with over 30 years of experience. Martin worked for the U.S. Department of Labor Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), where he served as a field Compliance Officer, an Assistant Area Director, and a Compliance Assistant Specialist. He later held roles as a principal consultant for HazTek Safety Management, Inc. and Med-Tex Services. At present, he is the Principal of ASM, where he serves as a safety and health management consultant, conducts work site audits and program assessments, conducts accident investigations, and provides OSHA subject instruction.
