Tecopress S.p.a. has been manufacturing aluminium HPDC and gravity castings since 1971. In 1997 it has been given the Quality Assurance System Certification according to the UNI EN ISO 9002 regulation, now ISO 9001: Vision 2000. The Company achieved in December 2007 the ISO TS 16949 certification (now IATF 16949), in order to satisfy requirements of automotive OEMs and carmakers. The Company also achieved ISO 45001:2018 for health and safety. Tecopress has wide and deep experience in the production of cylinder blocks, bed plates, heads for diesel and gasoline engines. All components which require a very high mechanical and structural properties. Tecopress S.p.a. carries out, co-operating with qualified companies, the realization of dies, trimming tools and processing equipment also by giving to the customers a technical support both during the working out of the project and during the industrial production phase. Moreover, it makes use of the qualified partners/suppliers to carry out different activities, for example machining, painting, heat and superficial treatments as well as pre-assembling, according to the specification of its customers.
