Elite Processing Services Corporation is an escrow coordination service and loan processing company serving Real Estate and Mortgage Loan Professionals. We contract for each transaction with either the real estate salesperson, real estate broker, or mortgage loan officer. It's a risk-free business relationship; if the real estate sale or mortgage loan doesn't close and no commissions are paid, we don't get paid. We protect our customer's confidential information by adhering to the privacy laws; no sharing of a customer's information with anyone other than parties who are involved in the transaction with a need for the information in order to facilitate the transaction. We provide constant escrow or loan processing status updates and will copy you in all email communications with principals, agents, and third party vendors. Completed real estate sale or mortgage loan transaction will be sent through either email or CD, whichever method you want it delivered to you. We are not bounded by the usual 9 to 5 business hours and will provide exceptional client service towards the goal of completing your real estate or mortgage loan transaction by the specified date.
