The Company incorporated under “Harman Construction, Inc.” in 1985, allocating all resources toward commercial construction. Since, HCI has remained active in construction of Retail outlets, build-outs and shopping centers, Industrial and Manufacturing facilities, Warehouses, Financial Institutions, Auto Dealerships, Hotels, Educational facilities, and Office buildings. In 2008, HCI added in-house LEED AP and, in 2009, completed our first LEED Certified project—a new multi-story Residence Hall for Eastern Mennonite University in Harrisonburg, VA. One element of our Company’s culture that has contributed to our growth is the value we place on relationships. Of particular importance in the current economic climate, repeat business from satisfied Clients has been of paramount importance to us.
