The Annex was built around the goal of providing its members and athletes with the best possible opportunity to grow and better their lives through the pursuits of fitness and performance training. Through passionate coaching and sound training principles we strive to help each person reach their greatest potential. In our twelve-year history, The Annex has been home to thousands of amateur and professional athletes, general fitness clients and CrossFit athletes. The Annex has grown from a small basement gym at its inception to an all-encompassing fourteen thousand square foot facility in Chatham, NJ.
