Indian Journal of Law and Public Policy (IJLPP) is a blind peer-reviewed, bi – annual, law and public policy publication. It is a student reviewed and edited Journal based and operated from New Delhi and comes out with two editions i.e. Summer and Winter in each of its volume every year. We, at IJLPP, seek to create a platform where there is a flow of ideas and thoughts regarding issues which mutually relates to policy making and law. This journal is our solemn effort to promote erudite discernment and academic scholarship over this relationship, in a way which is not mutually dependent on each of these fields but which is mutually exclusive and independent. The focus has been to give a multi – disciplinary approach while recognizing the various effects of law and public policies on the society.
