The Pond & The Waterfalls matches collaborative experts (FR/NL/EN) with emerging collaborations and provides extensive support to make their common trajectory a success. We help emerging collaborations to build an authentic collaborative culture with open communication, and co-creative decision making by facilitating and presiding meetings. The inter-relational part of the emerging collaboration is taken care of by us, and thanks to that, all of the parties involved can focus fully on what is emerging. We do this work for free and we currently focus on Belgium.
