The RSG Bristol Young Student of the Year Awards is a competition aimed at developing employability skills in young people in order to give them the confidence to achieve. It is for post 16 students studying at state schools, colleges and academies in the Bristol region. The competition has been designed and produced by a group of business professionals who run the competition on a voluntary basis. The competition runs from October to March each year and involves providing real business experience with clients. The competition was launched in September 2011.
