He is strongly motivated to simplify complex subjects as much as possible to ease decision making and can manage themes from a holistic to a granular level. As an early adopter for programmatic advertising in Europe, he firmly believes a good base knowledge lead to better results and collaboration, and therefore he co-founded a university platform that trained over 20,000 people in programmatic in his previous role.
