Double Edge is a premier CrossFit and personal training gym located in the midtown district of Reno, Nevada. Our facility encompasses over 14,000 square feet that includes 11,000 square feet of group training space, a private yoga studio, fully supplied women’s and men’s bathrooms, a members lounge, and a designated kids room. Double Edge South Reno is a 10,000 square foot facility offering all the amenities of midtown accept a yoga studio. All our membership include full access to both locations. We offer varied group classes, and personal training that focuses on the CrossFit methodology of constantly varied functional movements intended for all fitness and skill levels. Our classes include CrossFit, CrossFit Lean, Olympic Lifting, mobility and movement, and daily yoga classes that incorporate both Vinyasa and Yin practices.
