Chip, the second generation to run the business, was showing properties with his dad at the age of 8. Licensed since 1972, Chip knows the region and real estate history extensively. Chip Maxfield who has over 33 years in the business personally trains each and every Maxfield Real Estate Agent. Agents are trained to offer customer feedback, follow up and follow through. Mentors (experienced agents) are provided to each new agent to ensure all clients and customers receive top notch advice and counseling. Chip Maxfield served as President for the Lakes Region Board of REALTORS in 1986 and was President of the New Hampshire Association of REALTORS in 1993. He was a member of the National Association of REALTORS Board of Directors and served on several National committees from 1991 through 1995.
