Property development Tecto Group is active in property development through the wholly owned subsidiary Tecto Fastigheter, whose operations are concentrated in logistics properties which are directly linked to the operating operations. Tecto Group also owns associated companies which act as project developers, developers and construction contractors of homes and residential areas primarily within the region of Söderslätt in southern Sweden.
