SIGN is a 501(c)(3) Humanitarian Aid Organization focusing on Orthopaedic Trauma Care. Our vision is "To Create Equality of Fracture Care Throughout the World". We work year round with 375 hospitals in more than 50 developing countries. As of today, we have healed more than 342,000 patients with our orthopaedic implants which are given free of charge to patients in need. SIGN is also a first responder to disasters including the Indonesian Tsunami, Pakistan Earthquake and the Haitian Earthquake of 2010.
