When our founder, Glenn Figueredo, was a small boy growing up in Miami, he wanted to be just like his uncle who was an AC contractor. Glenn spent years working for other AC companies, honing his skills and learning the ins and outs of the AC business before deciding to work for a company that valued how customers and employees alike were treated.
