The Arapahoe Rescue Patrol is a search and rescue team based in Arapahoe County, Colorado. Composed entirely of young adults currently in high school, the members of the Patrol have provided “free search, rescue, and emergency services for the citizens of Colorado’s front range and throughout all of Colorado” since 1957. “The Arapahoe Rescue Patrol, Inc. is a search and rescue (SAR) unit whose primary mission is to find missing persons, give them aid, if needed, and bring them to safety. In addition to this primary mission, the Patrol is committed to help local authorities and other emergency units to the limit of its ability.”
