These include providing information as part of a detailed or outline planning application; information to satisfy conditions or reserved matters; full tender package information; monitoring the on site works; management & maintenance plans. We have considerable experience in the design and implementation of residential, school mixed-use master plan, office, research park and business park developments. We have significant experience in the design of podium deck landscape, particularly publicly accessible intensive roof landscapes located over basement car parks of large residential developments.
