Adamastor is a nonprofit youth association, founded on January 28, 2005. It has its headquarters in Viseu, was created with the main objective to promote the "exchange of individuals to the Community and third countries, to promote the training, support, technical expertise, artistic and cultural as well the same as placing with institutions, companies and other entities to encourage and support the integration of these individuals in the labor market ". Our team consists of dynamic young people willing to work, but at the same time, also part of the team, more experienced people and great sense of responsibility. Both are aware of the true size of the global labor market and the growing need for preparation and training for a young man starting in this world, so we promote more and better personal and professional qualifications of individuals. Primarily intended to guide young people in search of a direction in his personal and professional, offering various tools for this training. A tool and opportunity are the professional experiences abroad through various programs, such as the Program for Lifelong Learning - Leonardo da Vinci or through the European Voluntary Service or Youth in Action Program.
