Visitec is an independent rep organization operating in the Midwest and Southeast. Visitec also offers value-added distribution of a select group of manufacturers across the United States and Canada. Our primary objective is to help dealer integrators successfully design, sell, and implement advanced collaboration solutions and audio visual technologies. Manufacturer's Representation We are an extension of the manufacturer providing field sales engagement and support for authorized dealers. We are also the dealers’ advocates with our manufacturers, resolving product problems, account disputes and providing technical support. Whether our dealers purchase directly from the manufacturer or through their distribution channels, our focus as a rep organization is on dealer channel communications, product demonstrations, systems design and support after the sale. Value-Added Distribution Our value-added distribution model is the same as our rep model but we take on the additional responsibility of channeling key products from manufacturers which do not have dealer purchase options, or offer a higher cost of entry than our dealers may be willing to make. Visitec takes on those responsibilities on behalf of our dealers to offer the products at highly competitive prices. The products that Visitec choose to distribute generally are not available through larger pick-and-ship distribution, and require a higher level of support than just moving boxes.
