Started producing wine in 2006 as a legal requirement to sell wine and food in the same place. At the time, we rented a storefront in the quaint village of Aurora,NY. We increased production, portfolio, and quality each year as the business grew. In 2017 we had an opportunity to purchase some land and build a production barn which also houses our rustic tasting room. We planted a small vineyard with Lemberger, Cabernet Franc, and Gamay Noir vines.
