Certified Coach Shannon's vision is to help people find their balance spiritually, mentally, physically, emotionally, financially, socially, relationally, and vocationally. I work with people who desire balanced, healthy, fulfilled lives; who are struggling to eliminate chaos, uncertainty, and nebulous direction; and are wanting to thrive in life instead of just surviving. What makes me and my service different from other providers is that I live and walk the same; balanced in all areas of my life. My compassion, education, experience, testimony, faithfulness, growth, prayer, energy, desire to help, organization, proper planning, and memory ability sets me apart from other life coaches. And, if I fall out of step...I fall on my knees to get back on track. Clients will have a positive mindset, rejuvenated outlook for themselves and their future, and believe they are beautifully made inside and out. Clients will shine bright and be an example to others as they live fully, completely with no barriers, no burdens, no regrets...they will no longer just live a life, but thrive fully in life. Additionally, after 24+ years in business, I strongly desire to develop leaders in the corporate sector. Sadly, we have way too many people in managerial positions that they think they are leaders, but they are not leading very well. They are a boss, not a leader. I want to change that. Good managers solve problems, but great leaders change lives. There needs to be a blend of both.
