Our Mission To provide a structure which promotes communication and active participation between downtown residents, downtown businesses servicing residents, and the City of Cleveland within the boundaries of downtown. Organizational Structure We are a diverse group of residents who share a vision of a vibrant, connected, safe, and diverse urban center. Founded in October 2010 and recognized by the City of Cleveland and the Downtown Cleveland Alliance, the Downtown Cleveland Residents Association (DCRA) is a non-profit neighborhood association open to any member of the downtown community.
