Tilbury Cold Store offers an, efficient 6720 sqm frozen cold store facility with a capacity of approx. 10000 pallets. The complete operation is 100% chilled directly from its 4 loading / unloading bays. A large chilled ‘marshalling’ area connects 5 frozen chambers. We have the facility to manage re-labelling and re-boxing of wrapped product. We can also offer Cross docking services along with trailer / container devanning / revanning, both palletised and handball cargos. We are able to manage pick and pack operation at both pallet and carton level within our purpose-built multi-level mezzanine. As part of Browns Food Group, we have the ability to utilise our internal transport (Tilbury Transport) or the wider groups nationwide network of distribution and storage operation enabling us to offer our customers a seamless, nationwide storage and distribution service.
