We start with the end-results in sight, and we strategize to accompany the leaders in their evolution towards their optimal contribution. **DESIGNING** The first step of any course begins by modeling the desired leader’s profile that is adapted to the organizational and operational context. It is followed by an analysis of the gap between the reality and the targeted competencies. **PLANNING** Content, approach, frequency, logistics, material, design or adaptation… everything is taken care of to facilitate the progress of participants in achieving their development objectives. **TRAINING** Through learning activities, proven models and a coaching approach, participants introspect, test some tools and commit to transformational actions. **CONTRIBUTION** Every workshop ends with post-learning assignments helping the leaders in making a difference beyond the training framework. They are challenged to follow through on their commitments and ideally will be supported by their managers.
