Industrial Water Consultants Ltd provides expert advice to our customers in the field of industrial water use helping them to operate their utility and process water systems safely, reliably and efficiently. We specialise in water purification to the required standard, on steam raising plant up to 17 MPa, on open evaporative, closed circuit and other cooling systems and on Legionella management in both utility systems and domestic water systems. Our advice includes equipment and process specification and design, commissioning, day to day operation, dosing and control, monitoring and management, routine inspection, troubleshooting and, where necessary, failure investigation. We provide advice on technology developments which can bring major benefits, both chemical additives and process equipment and advise our customers how to engage with third party suppliers for chemicals and service to protect their plant. Our aim is to provide both reactive and proactive support, identifying problems before they become serious or threaten plant integrity. We have no preferences or reciprocal arrangements with chemical or equipment suppliers and our aim is always to provide high quality and independent advice based on our combined 70 years of experience. We recognise that the successful management and control of industrial utility and process water systems relies on the knowledge of those responsible for them. To support our technical advice, Industrial Water Consultants provide a comprehensive set of training courses on all aspects of industrial water treatment focusing on both design and operations. These courses are given at both basic and advanced levels to suit our client needs and form an integral part of our Consultancy offering. In addition to our technical training courses, we offer specialist training in Legionella management to ensure that water systems are compliant with the ACoP L8 and the expectations and requirements of the HSE
