Amarin Technologies S.A. (Amarin) is a duly organized Argentinean Company settled in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Amarin is engaged in the development of topical and transdermal pharmaceutical products using its proprietary drug delivery technologies and know-how in order to offer both innovative formulations of well-established drugs or generic versions of commercialized products. The R&D team of Amarin was formed in early 1986 working for a pharmaceutical company placed in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Helm AG, a Hamburg-based Company, became a strategic shareholder in Amarin in September 2010. The present management of Amarin has more than thirty years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
