Engage Dallas is the leadership program that exclusively delivers training focused on developing leaders informed of the history of Dallas and key opportunities for making an impact, committed to acting on the knowledge through civic engagement, through a lens of racial equity. Our vision is an engaged diverse leadership radically impacting the City now and into the future through civic engagement and service. We are made up of a group of diverse leaders from the ages of 25-40 that come from eight different areas of cultural and professional influence: Arts & Entertainment, Business, Education, Government, Hospitality & Tourism, Media, Religion, and the Social Sector. Engage Dallas is prioritizing building strong, connected, and engaged leaders that are seeking to: * Be EDUCATED about the history of Dallas * Be COMMITTED to racial equity and diversity * Be the direct pipeline of CIVICALLY ENGAGED community members * Be of SERVICE to the community * Be leaders FOCUSED on prioritizing serving Dallas
