Preferably we would love for everyone involved to meet with the Independent Caregiver and a Care Coordinator, there are many personalities in the world, let’s start on the right foot, and if you decide in 2 weeks you’d rather have a different caregiver, problem solved give us a call any time that is convenient for you. We are on call 24/7/365. We don’t have an answering service or voicemail (unless we are cooking dinner or reading a quick bedtime story, or even out in the field, your calls go directly to the Corporation Officers! Each request we receive for service is handled personally. Your individual non-medical, financial, social and emotional needs will be assessed for free by one of our care coordinators, who will then match you with an available qualified aide to help your everyday living situation easier.
