For Co-op, the Co-Creation Councils (CCCs) are how we build innovative solutions and refine existing products and services directly with our clients. The CCCs were started to help credit unions and Co-op build the services and experiences necessary to keep up with a deeply personal and incredibly agile industry. The more effectively we co-create, the greater value credit unions will add to members and potential members. The CCCs are split into three different councils: Operational Excellence, Strategy, and Solutions Design.
