The Womens Association

www.thewomensassociation.com

The Women’s Association is committed to ensuring that women and girls have the tools to freely explore what’s available to them in the working world and create who they want to be according to their skills and abilities. In the fight for gender equality, many women miss the ability to realise their full potential, due to men’s achievements being the benchmark for success.

Through events, corporate programmes, campaigning, and more, we are working to challenge the cultures, systems, narratives and mindsets that heavily perpetuate historically imposed ideas that have dictated what women can and can’t be and that further exacerbate the socio-economic divide.

Our work involves; 1. Showing the next generation of women all that they can be by making women's stories more visible from across the organisational structure, offering a more in-depth view of what women do at work.
 2. Strengthening female to female relationships at every level through events, projects, and roundtable discussions.
 3. Ensuring that organisations create an environment that can lead to the employment, development and overall fulfillment of women today and the next generation.
