Our previous project was Gran Rubina Business Park, a strata title and leased eco-minded office towers, that strategically located at Kawasan Rasuna Epicentrum, Kuningan, South Jakarta. Through its green-concept building, Gran Rubina Business Park had won Bank & Property Awards 2013 as The New Icon Green Office Building at CBD Jakarta, won Asia Pacific Property Award 2014 for ‘Indonesia Office Architecture’ through its architect PDW and targets to win a gold certification from Green Building Council Indonesia (GBCI).
